Friendly staff. DON'T BOTHER COMING EARLY, YOU WON'T BE UNLOADED! Location has limited parking on site, and a 24-hour restroom (bring a flashlight, restroom is not lit at night). No vending machines available after hours, If spending the night, come with your own food. Quick unload.
Pic load on work- in, they loadmy for 4 h, they understand how ref. work technical.
Be advised that is Americold is closed on the weekends so do not waste your time coming here if you are getting loaded by them, the other side of the building is open on the weekends but for some reason this place is closed. Also do not come early for your appointment, they go by appointments only, they will try to fit you in if they can but no gurrentee on that happening. They also take a long time to load and unload, so do come with hours on clock and a lunch box...plenty of room to back in to dock, and they do have room for overnight parking but it isn't that much available so your have to roll the dice on that if you plan on coming early.
