Absolutely awful. Took over an hour to receive the food, even then over half of the food was missing or made incorrectly. Ordered a garden omelette (I’m a vegetarian) and received it COVERED in ham. My grandpa didn’t even receive some of the things he ordered. We asked about the things they forgot and they STILL didn’t bring everything. Even when asking for drinks they were out of most of them. Honestly just go to Waffle House. There’s one nearby.
Met new CEO Manager Mack and he assured me and my sister that he was going to clean up this restaurant from top to bottom. Trained new staff, actually clean the whole restaurant. He is even going to teach the staff how to work their app for the rewards. We will go back and check up in his word to see if he was on the up & up. If he does all he says my next review will be a 5 Star rating.
The food was undescribable, I ate every bit more it. The service was excellent. Our waitress gave me exactly what I wanted & communicated with the cook (a female) very clearly. They are a great team. Will visit there again as long as they are working there.
Went back to check on work in progress, surprise new CEO Mack was no longer there! The only change is that there was more help and they did know about Huddle House rewards. Tables and floors still dirty, didn’t check out restroom this trip, if the cook didn’t cook our food exactly the way we liked it and one waitress who has been there a long time and always tries to accommodate us, I don’t think we would go back. Was told looking for a new manager, will go back again to see if it has improved.
The food was not that good and the entire restaurant was dirty. The waitress was nice but the staff was very short, only three people was working. We left as soon as we saw that our utensils were very dirty (there was still food on the forks when they handed them to us)which ruined our appetite. Once we told the manager, he made excuses instead of apologizing. It was a big waste of time. Very disgusting place!
I wish I could give them zero. This is the second time my husband and I have tried to eat here. The first time they could not take our order because they didn't have register tape so they couldn't take orders.??????? The next visit we went in were seated only to be told they didn't have any dishes. It would be at least 30 minutes before they could take an order. Will never walk through their doors again.
